5.2-magnitude quake hits Mindanao in Philippines

BEIJING (Bernama-Xinhua): An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Mindanao, Philippines at 2254 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.

According to Xinhua, the epicentre, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 8.13 degrees north latitude and 126.69 degrees east longitude.

No immediate reports of casualties and tsunami was reported.- Bernama-Xinhua
