Chinese ambassador rejects EU criticism of Hong Kong policy


BEIJING, Sept 22 (dpa): The Chinese ambassador to Germany, Wu Ken (pic), has rejected criticism from the European Union and Germany of his country's human rights policy ahead of discussions on China at an EU summit later this week.

"We are of the opinion that one should do one's own homework, rather than raise a moralizing finger," Wu told dpa in an interview.
