‘Tsunami cloud’ goes viral, sparking fake news

A LARGE cloud appeared over Meulaboh in Aceh province to shock the city’s residents, some of whom thought the low-lying, horizontal cloud resembled a tsunami.

Videos and photos of the strange cloud made their rounds on social media on Sunday, sparking concerns among local residents.
