Hold rally at Padang Merbok or face the music, cops tell organisers


KUALA LUMPUR: Police have yet to receive a response from the organisers of the planned Friday anti-Goods and Services Tax (GST) rally despite giving the green light for it to be held at Padang Merbok.

“So far, they have not responded. We have advised them to hold the rally at Padang Merbok but they want to it to be at some other venue,” said City deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Law Hong Soon (pic).
