Victims return to destroyed homes and financial hardship

TANAH MERAH: As floods begin to subside in a few areas in Kelantan, residents returning to their homes have to contend with more than just clearing up the mess.

They are now facing financial hardship to pay for house repairs and also to buy school clothing for their children.
