Giant pandas’ arrival delayed until May


PETALING JAYA: Giant pandas Feng Yi and Fu Wa are expected to arrive from Chengdu, China, next month.

“Both Malaysia and China have agreed that the giant pandas should arrive in Malaysia on a more significant date to celebrate 40 years of diplomatic relations between both countries in May,” the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry said in a statement yesterday.
