Rustic Luang Prabang

About 32km from Luang Prabang is Tat Kuang Si, a series of cascading waterfalls with clear emerald pools. The hour-long journey there by tuk tuk may be hard on the tush, but the unfolding scenery of rolling hills and rustic padi fields more than makes up for it.

To dip in the cool, refreshing water here is to swim in an aquamarine paradise that just washes all your stress away. It beats any five-star spa any day! And the gushing falls washing over the limestone formations are a sight to behold.
