PETALING JAYA: Plus Malaysia Bhd said congestion at RFID lanes in Jalan Duta heading towards Kuala Lumpur in a viral photo dated Feb 21 was due to a number of drivers with insufficient balance in their eWallets.

Plus said it has conducted an investigation to identify the cause of the long queues and found that some drivers were attempting to reload their Touch ‘n Go eWallet at the RFID lanes during peak hours of between 8am to 8.59am.
