In a tweet, MySejahtera said the public can still go for their Covid-19 vaccination appointments as scheduled at vaccination centres (PPV).

One user also claimed that the appointment was delayed due to this issue.
In June last year, MySejahtera faced a similar problem – users had difficulties accessing certain features of the app due to high traffic.
