Gobind: KPI for telcos to resolve user complaints

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Ministry will introduce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for telcos to ensure they address public complaints in a useful and timely manner.  

Its minister Gobind Singh Deo said telcos need to provide equal access to broadband and quickly respond to public complaints, or risk eroding confidence in telecommunication systems.
