Monitor and pay your bills in app, with myTNB.

Love monitoring your personal data on the move? Now you can check electricity bills too with Tenaga Nasional Bhd's (TNB) myTNB app.

The app, rolled out on the iOS and Android Playstore, allowed users to check and pay their electricity bill, and even find service centres.

The app provides a personalised dashboard which users can track energy consumption and compare their monthly usage using an interactive graph.

To check their bill, users would need their TNB Account No and a Registered ID like an identity card or passport.

TNB's FAQ stated that the in app bill payment was under maintenance though users could pay online via the myTNB Self Sevice portal and other existing channels.

Other than billing information, the app also lists Kedai Tenaga service stores by location, with Waze and Google Maps integration, TNB news and promotions.

Users would also be able to check the status of their new supply application.

Those with a myTNB Self Service Portal account can log in using the same credentials, while new users can register an account in app.

In August 2016, TNB launched the myTNB Self Service Portal, which allowed TNB’s 8.5 million customers to check or pay monthly bills, apply for electricity supply or close an account.

The site consolidated TNB’s four prior customer portals under a single platform.
