LOS ANGELES: Bryce Maddock, 30, is co-founder and chief executive of TaskUs, a company that describes itself as "a progressive, new-age outsourcer" that handles customer service, call-centre operations and other functions for startups as well as established firms.
Revenue reached US$80mil (RM355.56mil) in 2016, up from US$6mil (RM26.66mil) in 2013, Maddock says.
