Mobile malware almost triples in the second quarter: Kaspersky

According to a report published by Kaspersky Lab, malware mainly targeting mobile banking has grown 2.8 times from April to June 2015 compared to the period from January to March.

That’s a total of 291,800 mobile malware programs, more than half of which were launched from malicious web resources located in Russia, according to the report.
