OSLO: The city of Oslo said it had filed a police complaint against Uber, recently launched in Norway, claiming the car-sharing service did not have all the required permits.
“They don’t have all the necessary authorisations to operate in the city of Oslo,” the city’s urban environment head Hans Edvartsen told the e24.no website.
