Western Digital has expanded its Red family of hard drives for NAS (network attached storage) to include higher capacity models and a new range called Pro.
The existing Red range, which includes sizes from 1TB to 4TB, gets two new capacities— 5TB and 6TB. The company claims it’s the first to market a 6TB drive for NAS environment.
