Dell Malaysia has a new MD

PENANG: Goh Theng Lai has been appointed Dell Malaysia’s new managing director.

He succeeds Tang Ching Siang who is retiring after 17 years with Dell.

Goh joined Dell in 1996 and currently works as executive director, Global Inbound Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics, across Asia-Pacific and Japan.  

His role has been expanded to include responsibility for Dell Malaysia from Aug 1.

“I am deeply honoured and excited to be given the opportunity to lead Dell Malaysia’s operations and continue to build on the very strong foundation we have in serving the community and our customers.  I strongly believe that with my experience at Dell and with the support of our dedicated and talented team, we are well positioned to provide end-to-end IT solutions that give customers the power to do more,” he said.  

He also thanked Tang for his contributions in strengthening Dell Malaysia and its strategies.
