Change mindset to deal with targeted attacks

AROUND 60 billion had been spent globally on IT security in 2012, yet many companies continue to face significant threats, especially in terms of advanced persistent threats (APT).

"Around 90% of organisations have active malware, yet 50% are not even aware of any intrusions," said Richard Sheng, director of business development and product marketing for Asia Pacific at Trend Micro Inc.
