Solidifying the development pipeline

In 2026, several of Avaland’s ongoing developments are progressing into more advanced construction stages, reinforcing its revenue visibility and strengthening the group’s delivery pipeline. 

Its two key developments, Amika Residences and Alora Residences @Avenue25, are on track to achieve structural completion, reflecting the group’s continued emphasis on disciplined project execution and steady construction progress.

The group is set to introduce new developments this year with a combined estimated gross development value of RM1.7bil, marking its continuous expansion into high-growth urban markets while strengthening its presence in well-connected areas.

The company continues to prioritise sustainable urban planning, strong connectivity and community-focused development to deliver thoughtfully designed spaces that meet current market expectations and contribute to vibrant, future-ready communities.

Earlier this year, Avaland further strengthened its integrated ecosystem by expanding the retail lineup across several of its mixed-use developments in the Klang Valley, welcoming nine new retail partners. 

The lineup ranges from daily conveniences such as Bilabila Mart, FamilyMart and Mediviron, a healthcare provider, to a wide range of dining and cafe experiences, including Bakerina PizzaCafe, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Meokja Korean Restaurant, Shun Feng Restaurant and San Francisco Coffee. Moreover, recreational offerings such as the Dink Avenue pickleball hub further enhance the lifestyle amenities within these developments. 

The new tenants will be introduced across Alira Subang Jaya, Alora Residences @Avenue25, Anja Signature Retail in Bangi and the Meria Commercial Hub in Cybersouth.

This expansion brings together a carefully balanced mix of established brands and emerging concepts that reflect evolving market trends and residents’ lifestyle needs, complemented by a curated tenant mix across food and beverage, grocery, healthcare and convenience retail.

These additions reflect Avaland’s broader approach to holistic master planning, where residential, commercial and lifestyle components are thoughtfully integrated to create complete, liveable environments. 

By ensuring that essential services, dining options and recreational spaces are located in close proximity, these developments aim to reduce reliance on long commutes while supporting a more convenient and connected urban lifestyle. 

The developer is also set to progressively onboard additional retail partners in the months ahead, further enriching the vibrancy and accessibility of its developments.
