MBAM OneBuild 2025 will be co-located with OneWare 2025—the Malaysia International Hardware Technology Exhibition
MALAYSIA’S flagship event for the construction and infrastructure industry — MBAM OneBuild 2025 — will return in full force for its 11th edition, taking place from Aug 27–29 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Halls 1 and 2.
This year, MBAM OneBuild will be held alongside OneWare 2025—the fourth edition of the Malaysia International Hardware Technology Exhibition in Hall 7.
The co-location is expected to draw more than 300 exhibitors across 410 booths and attract approximately 10,000 trade visitors from 15 countries and regions.
By uniting the three essential elements of construction, infrastructure and hardware under one roof, MBAM OneBuild and OneWare are set to create a truly comprehensive marketplace that connects every segment of the industry.
The exhibition will encompass three main industry focuses: Construction and infrastructure, construction hardware, and construction machinery and equipment.
A central highlight will be BuildTalk, a three-day seminar series at Lounge 2 (Hall 2) featuring thought leaders and innovators exploring industrialisation, smart sustainable construction and digital transformation.
Over 300 exhibitors across 410 booths are slated to take part in MBAM OneBuild 2025.
MBAM OneBuild 2025 will also feature a series of specialised programmes at Lounge 1 (Hall 1), kicking off on the first day with the Sustainable Smart Construction Solutions Seminar series.
The session will bring together distinguished speakers from Autodesk Indonesia, BIMAGE Consulting Group, Matterport Inc, ESRI Malaysia, Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd and MMC Engineering
On the second day, the Academy of Concrete Technology will present “Concrete Roads: Construction Techniques, Common Defects, Repairs and Case Studies,” offering comprehensive insights into modern concrete road construction, maintenance and on-site challenges.
On the final day of the event will feature a session on “Driving Sustainable Safety in Mobile Elevating Work Platform Operations.”
This seminar brings together industry leaders, safety experts and powered access specialists to discuss best practices for workplace safety and sustainable equipment usage, with an emphasis on the link between operator behaviour and equipment lifespan.
Complementing the seminar series, the Master Builders Association Malaysia’s Contracts and Practices Conference will bring together construction professionals, legal experts and contract specialists to explore current challenges, regulatory updates and best practices in contract management.

Additionally, the concrete clinic will provide live demonstrations of the latest advancements in concrete technology, including the introduction to zero cement concrete technology allowing participants to experience innovations first-hand.
