Ahead of its time

The 3,800-acre Seremban 2 is IJM Land’s ongoing flagship project in Negri Sembilan and was started in 1995.

A self-contained township with residential, commercial, educational, retail and leisure components, it has emerged as one of the state’s most successful and progressive developments.

Over 62,000 residents now call it home, with the masterplan currently about 70% complete.

When Saujana Duta was launched in May 2013, it was not only the first luxury hilltop low-rise development in Seremban 2, but also all of Seremban.

Phase 1 was completed in May 2015 and comprised 116 semi-detached homes and 8 bungalows.

Phase 2 with 75 more bungalows came on the market in September 2014 and was completed exactly two years later. Built-ups of the stylish two and three-storey units ranged from 4,038sq ft to 7,060sq ft.

Its distinctive appeal covers many facets:

– High profile, low density: The total of 199 units in 38 acres translates to a very low density of only five units per acre, making it one of the lowest density neighbourhoods in Seremban 2.

– Future ready: Premium finishings and fixtures aside, Saujana Duta homes are also known for their smart home technology and sustainable features. There is also a Dinosaur Park with over 700 trees, including those preserved from the original site or transplanted from elsewhere in Seremban 2.
