Huawei’s flagship MatePad Pro 12.6-inch
The 12.6-inch OLED screen featured in this model has an impressive resolution of 2560x1600, with DCI-P3 and colour accuracy rating of ΔE <0.5. This makes this a great tool for professional photographers who can use it as a portable monitor for preview and colour tuning.
This tablet also comes with eight speakers boasting clear, quality sound – making it perfect for entertainment as well.
To maximise usage, the HUAWEI MatePad Pro comes with a large 10,050 mAh battery and is supported by the 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge, which is able to reach full charge in two hours. This model also features wireless and reverse wireless charging capabilities.
Users can also connect with HUAWEI Share on smartphones and PCs. As for the input method, HUAWEI MatePad Pro is compatible with the keyboard and stylus pen (M-Pencil Second Gen).
Matepad 11
Meanwhile, the Matepad 11 model supports a 120Hz refresh rate with frame rate adaption technology – a higher refresh rate than many tablets on the market, delivering incredibly fluid visuals.
Featuring a Snapdragon 865 processor, the Matepad 11 boasts four speakers and four microphones for surround sound complete with an enhanced bass tuned by the expert audio engineers at Harman Kardon for top quality sound.
This model also connects users via HUAWEI Share to smartphones and PC and is compatible with keyboard and stylus pen (M-Pencil Second Gen) input methods.
Huawei Share on phones and laptops is available for both MatePad Pro and MatePad 11 that runs on the Harmony OS system.
Three modes are available on the multi-screen collaboration on PC-tablet:
> Mirror mode: The laptop screen can be mirrored to the tablet.
> Extend mode: Both tablets function as an additional display for the laptop. Instead of opening a few tabs in one device, comparison on different working files can be made by opening the windows on the tablets, meaning users are able to make comparisons any time anywhere with the two devices.
> Collaborate mode: Laptop accessories such as keyboard for typing or creating notes can be used on the tablets as well as the PC’s mouse to drag and drop files between the two devices seamlessly. This is time saving compared to transferring content using a traditional USB flash drive, or other third-party apps.
Matepad 10.4
This tablet features a 10.4-inch 2K full view display with an 84% screen-to-body ratio. For the ultimate multimedia experience, the quad speaker sound by Harman Kardon provides users a fully immersive experience.
This tablet supports Wifi6 for the 4+128GB model and is also compatible with keyboard and stylus pen (M-Pencil First Gen) input. Like the other two models, it supports HUAWEI Share with smartphones.
Other models include the MatePad T10 with a 9.7-inch HD display and MatePad T10s with a 10.1-inch FHD Display. Both provides a proper screen to body ratio and providing kids corner to lower down the risk of inappropriate content on the tablet.
