Youngster Isabelle upstages Paris Olympian Rouxin again at SEA Age-Group meet


PETALING JAYA: Young breaststroker Isabelle Chiyi Buckley (pic) has outshone Paris Olympian swimmer Tan Rouzin for the second time in the SEA Age-Group swimming championships in Bangkok.

The 15-year-old splashed to her second gold for Malaysia in the girls’ Under-15 100m breaststroke event in 1:12.52s yesterday, breaking former SEA Games gold medallist Christina Loh’s 14-year-old meet record of 1:12.90s set back in 2010.
