On-fire Sobhy could loom early for Sivasangari at worlds

PETALING JAYA: National squash player S. Sivasangari will be leading Malaysia’s charge at the World Championships next week in Chicago, but a big challenge could await her in the third round.

World No. 9 Sivasangari will first have to get past two rounds to meet No. 8 Amanda Sobhy, but it shouldn’t be too much of a bother for the Malaysian as she is seeded seventh when the tournament takes place from May 9-17.
