PETALING JAYA: Youngster Aira Azman secured her maiden quarter-final berth in the Professional Squash Association (PSA) world tour event with a superb show at the Squash in Fire in Washington on Thursday.

Aira, the world No. 48, defeated world No. 30 Zeina Mickawy of Egypt 11-3, 11-7, 11-9 in a 29-minute second-round clash to join fellow Malaysian Rachel Arnold in the last eight.
