Massaro, Gaultier win US Open squash title


PETALING JAYA: England’s world No. 3 Laura Massaro reclaimed the women’s title at the US Open squash championships after beating Egypt’s Nour El Tayeb in the final.

The 31-year-old Massaro, the 2011 champion and winner of the recent Macau Open, fought back from a 1-2 deficit to score an 11-6, 9-11, 6-11, 11-8, 11-7 win in 68 minutes at the Drexel University in Philadelphia on Saturday.
