SUBANG: Pint-sized shooter Haritz Iklil Hessly Hafiz kept his cool to outgun two veterans, including his idol Mohd Lutfi Othman, to win the 10m air rifle gold medal in the Selangor Shooting Championships.

Armed Forces national shooter Mohd Ezuan Nasir Khan was leading up to the third game of the elimination stage at the National Shooting Range yesterday but 20-year-old Haritz held his nerves to clinch the last two games in the elimination round to retain the gold he won last year.
