Team paddle to first traditional boat medal in 30 years

THE rowers provided the silver lining on a day when the gold eluded the Malaysian SEA Games contingent for the first time yesterday.

The traditional boat rowers bagged silver in the 12-crew men’s Open 250m final at Kampot, which is about a three-hour drive from Phnom Penh to give some cheer to the nation.
