Gwee and Hisham win Carlsberg final

Perfect shot (from left): Carlsberg’s Stafano Clini, Wonder Chang, who hit a hole-in-one, and adidas senior commercial and exports manager Eileen Fong.

WITH some good golf Gwee Li Jun and Mohd Hisham emerged triumphant at the Carlsberg Golf Classic 2022 national final, hosted by Kota Permai Golf and Country Club in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, where Wonder Chang hit a hole-in-one.

And as their reward for winning the gross and nett divisions, respectively, Gwee and Hisham will tee off as guests of the World Amateur Golfers Championship at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club on Nov 16 and play alongside Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden, and Jerzy Dudek, the former goalkeeper of Liverpool, the most decorated club in English football.
