AUSTRALIAN Andrew Dodt arrived late and could not put in any practice. But it hardly showed in his play as he blazed the greens to take the clubhouse lead with a superb round of golf in the Bandar Malaysia Open.
His sizzling nine-under 63 on the first day gave the Australian a two-stroke lead over Japan’s Naoki Sekito, the current Asian Development Tour Order of Merit leader, at Kota Permai Golf and Country Club yesterday.
