Yamaha’s new series for precision, forgiveness

YAMAHA Golf announces the arrival of their RMX DD series, their latest innovation in golf club technology designed to deliver maximum distance, outstanding shot consistency and forgiveness.

The RMX DD lineup also includes soft-forged models engineered to deliver exceptional feel, clean shapes and optimised repulsion for golfers.

The new RMX DD drivers, the DD-1 and DD-2, feature Yamaha’s Octa Angle Carbon Face, jointly developed with Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

“A 10% thinner carbon face pushes repulsion performance to the regulation limit for longer flight distance,” the company said in a statement.

“A special uneven face coating ensures stable spin in both dry and wet conditions, keeping drives in the fairway.

The new Yamaha RMX DD lineup is available from selected MST Golf stores and online, and comes with suggested retail price tags for drivers: RM3,590, fairway wood: RM2,250, utility wood: RM1,850, DD1 Tour Model irons (5-PW) steel shaft: RM5,670, DD1 irons (5-PW) Steel Shaft: RM5,670, DD2 irons (5-PW) steel shaft: RM5,670 and DD2 irons (5-PW) graphite shaft: RM5,850.
