PETALING JAYA: All national track cyclist Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom can hope for is to focus on recovering from his knee injury with only a few days to go before the Asian Track Cycling Championships gets underway at the National Velodrome in Nilai.

Shah Firdaus admitted it is stressful situation just dealing with his situation and having to shoulder the challenge to deliver a medal with his mentor Azizulhasni Awang not competing in the Asian meet for the first time after many years.
