PETALING JAYA: The national women’s trio of Anis Amira Rosidi, Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri and Nurul Aliana Syafika Azizan had a fruitful Hari Raya when they rewrote their team sprint national record at the final round of the Track Nations Cup in Milton, Canada.

Anis, Izzah and Aliana made it to the first round stage of the women’s team sprint for the first time after clocking 50.172s but it was not good enough as they were beaten by eventual champions Mexico who stopped the clock with a time of 47.106s at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre on Saturday.
