SUBANG JAYA: A quick lunch break proved to be the turning point for national bowler Qurratu’Ain Izdihar Pozi, who finally ended her wait for a maiden Malaysia Games (Sukma) gold medal yesterday.

The 18-year-old clinched the women’s trios gold with teammates Adania Mohd Redzwan and Adelia Nur Irwan Syazalee with a combined score of 3,560 pins total at Sunway Megalanes.
