Dragons can’t take bite at Vampires because of Covid-19

Bad timing: Dragons coach Jamie Pearlman is disappointed that the game against Vampires had to be postponed.

KUALA LUMPUR: The showdown between Westports Malaysia Dragons and Mono Vampires from Thailand in the Asean Basketball League (ABL) will not take place after it was cancelled due to concerns over Covid-19 outbreak.

The Dragons, who are currently fourth in the league, were looking forward to meeting the league’s leaders today at the Maba Stadium. They had lost to the Thais 91-94 last month.
