BAM pick youngster – and fittest shuttler – Zii Jia for two events in SEA Games

KUALA LUMPUR: Youngster Lee Zii Jia has received a shot in the arm after being chosen for two events for the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games from Aug 19-30.

The 19-year-old Zii Jia has been chosen to play in the men’s singles individual and team events by the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) coaching and training committee, who met at the Academy Badminton Malaysia (ABM) in Bukit Kiara yesterday. He will play alongside world No. 39 Iskandar Zulkarnain Zainuddin in the individual event.
