PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s Tan Chun Seang went the distance to reach the men’s singles final of the Malaysian International Challenge in Kuching and kept alive his hopes of winning a fifth title.

On Saturday, the 28-year-old Chun Seang won his fifth rubber game of the week by beating Singapore’s Ronald Susilo 14-21, 21-18, 21-19 in the semi-finals.
