PETALING JAYA: National 400m runner Umar Osman has a clear mission as he heads to the World Championships in Tokyo from Sept 13-21.
His goal is to break his personal best, which is also the national record of 46.09 seconds, set two years ago at the 2023 World University Games in Chengdu.
