PHNOM PENH: It was not meant to be for Jackie Wong to defend his hammer throw gold.

Jackie was adjudged as the silver medal winner after throwing a distance of 64.20m while the gold medal went to Kittipong Boonmawan of Thailand, who had the best score of 64.49m.
