KUALA LUMPUR: Swimmer Khiew Hoe Yean has a chance to rule the SEA Games pool for Malaysia if he gets his act right in Thailand next month.

Based on the swimming time rankings, the 23-year-old will head to his fourth SEA Games appearance in Bangkok as the region’s fastest swimmer for 200m and 400m individual freestyle events.
