Keep the escalators moving

ON May 2, I took the KTMB electric train service from Ipoh to KL Sentral, arriving at about 6.15pm.

As I was getting off the train, I noticed a long queue of passengers going up the escalator to the exit gates. This was because only one escalator was working.

KTMB must ensure that both escalators are working at all times, particularly when trains are arriving at the station.
