Illegal clinics, unlawful medicine sales expose regulatory loopholes, public safety risks

FOLLOWING the recent enforcement raid in the Jalan Tun HS Lee area which uncovered nine illegal clinics in operation, the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) expressed shock and grave concern.

This case not only involves unlawful medical practice and illegal drug sales, but also exposes serious regulatory weaknesses and public health risks that cannot be ignored.
