THE Federal Court has dismissed an application by 50 Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) veterans for leave to appeal the appellate court’s judgment on a legal dispute over pension adjustments.
The veterans were seeking higher pension payments, alleging that the amounts they were currently receiving from their retirement, which took effect before Jan 1, 2013, were lower than what they should be entitled to.
