Prepare plan of action to keep animals safe during floods

IN the past couple of days, heavy rain in several states nationwide has triggered landslides and floods, causing much suffering to both humans and animals (livestock and pets).

It’s heartening to note the quick action taken by the relevant government authorities and also NGOs to rescue and help the people affected by floods, providing shelter, food and medical supplies to them.
