AS an English language lecturer, I was guiding my students through the topic of writing a resume when one of them asked: “Sir, can you make this explanation in video form? Maybe a two-minute video, please?”
The request was not a joke. Across Malaysian universities and probably schools, lecturers and teachers are finding that Gen Z learners, those born between 1997 and 2012, are wired for bite-sized, visual and interactive content.
