Fostering national unity and patriotism through PLKN 3.0

MCA Youth welcomes the announcement by Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin on the reintroduction of the National Service Training Programme (PLKN) 3.0, which is set to commence in 2026. With 100,000 participants, including 70% from higher education institutions, this initiative represents a bold and timely step towards nurturing a stronger, more united Malaysia.
