RECENTLY, I caught a flight from Senai International Airport, landing at KLIA Terminal 2. The flight took 45 minutes.
It was midnight and, not wanting to disturb my family, I decided to use the e-hailing service to get home. To my surprise, it took 40 minutes for the driver to start moving from where he was parked to the pick-up zone. It would normally take about 10 to 15 minutes.
