Too many sex-related questions in psychometric test

I WAS interested in working in the government sector so, after graduating, I registered as a candidate on the Public Service Commission (SPA) website. I listed a number of Grade 41 posts that I am qualified for with my degree.

After a few months, I was notified via email that I would have to take a psychometric test for the Administrative and Diplomatic (PTD) M41 post. It is a three-hour test involving 500 questions.
