SOME heartless and insensitive people have been sharing photos and videos on social media of the victims of the plane crash on the Guthrie Highway in Shah Alam last Thursday.

The images are going viral, exacerbating the grief felt by the victims’ family members. This has prompted the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to warn those concerned to stop sharing the images, saying that it not only offends the families of the victims but also violates the most basic principles and ethics.
