Help with missing mail

WE recently reported missing mail to the customer service department of Pos Malaysia. The experience has raised some genuine questions, so we hope that the public might provide some understanding of what to do next.

About two weeks ago, we reported that we had not been receiving mail at our home in the Subang area in Petaling Jaya since mid-September. Among the missing mail is a weekly publication from overseas.
