There’s a climate crisis, why are we felling trees?

THE world is now facing serious issues with global warming and climate change. Here in Melaka, we are experiencing hot temperatures one day and heavy rains the next. It’s all in the extremes these days.

To mitigate the effects of climate change, we plant trees and reduce our carbon footprint by, for example, reducing the use of fossil fuel, etc.
